去年看了一個美國影集Suits
裡面的女生都穿著很美的洋裝
但這不是重點
重點是她們的曲線都超美、超健康
每次看我都要擦口水🤪
讓我暗自下定決心
我也要健身、練出線條
然後我新年新目標就是
要好好照顧自己
不只是吃好睡好
還有要運動
結果今年都過了一半
我才開始真的運動😒
因為我從出生到現在
完全沒有運動過
所以買了教練課程
上課前還特別交代
我的等級是 弱雞中的弱弱雞🐥
要手下留情
上了幾堂課下來
感覺還不錯
開始喜歡運動的感覺
希望可以越來越fit
咱們走著瞧囉
One of my new year’s resolution is keep myself healthy such as eating well, sleeping well and working out . And I took my first step, so proud of myself .🤣 I decided to get a personal trainer to help me get into shape. I think I am a wise person. It is important to have good and correct posture, for a person who is a newbie in this field. Let’s wait and see how will workout change my body shape.
